The equipment is mainly composed of two parts: traction and winding. The function of the traction part is to cut the materials; the function of the winding part is to roll the film material into a roll, and make the rolled film flat and wrinkle-free, with neat curling edges, and the film on the reel should be moderately tight to prevent the film from stretching and deforming to ensure quality. Therefore, the winding device is required to ensure a certain winding speed, which does not change with the diameter of the film tube and matches the traction speed. Main process: The tension must be kept constant throughout the winding process without manual adjustment; the tension cannot be too large when starting with an empty roll to prevent the film from wrinkling, and the tension cannot be too small when running with a full roll to prevent the film from being wound too loosely; the system responds sensitively, and can quickly adjust according to the changes in the speed and tension of the previous stage during acceleration and deceleration to ensure constant tension; the tension is required to be quantified, that is, the tension can be set according to the process requirements of different film production.

System Configuration The control system of this equipment uses a total of 38 inverters. Among them, the front 1 XC600 inverter and 1 XCS800 inverter simultaneously receive PLC analog signals to control the traction motor for material slitting; the rear 36 XCS800 inverters receive PLC analog signals and tension rod feedback signals, and use the main + PID frequency source with speed following as the main and PID control as the auxiliary control scheme to drive the winding motor to achieve constant tension winding.
